Open a listing and tap Request to book. Pick a date, how many hours, and one of the open times shown, then send it. The provider accepts or declines and you get an alert either way. You can message them first if you have questions.

Workfinder doesn't handle payment in the app yet. Once a booking is accepted, you and the provider arrange payment directly — cash, Venmo, Zelle, however you both prefer.

Yes — from your Bookings page, on any request that hasn't happened yet. The other person is notified automatically.

On your Bookings page, tap Report a problem on that booking. The Workfinder team reviews every report and follows up with both sides.

Create an account, then go to Add a listing from your account page. It's free, and you can have as many listings as services you offer. Here's how it works for providers.

Only customers who actually booked through Workfinder. You can review a provider once they've accepted your booking and it's underway — so every review on a listing comes from someone who really hired them.

A provider asked to be verified and the Workfinder team checked their listing. Providers can request it from their listing's edit page once they've been around a little while.

Nobody sees an exact point. Providers set a base pin and a travel radius; customers only see the shaded radius on the map. Customers never share a location at all beyond the search center they choose.

Every listing and profile has Report and Block buttons. Blocking hides you from each other and stops all messages; reports go to the moderation queue.

From the bottom of your account page. It's permanent and removes your listings, reviews, and messages. Cancel any upcoming bookings first.
