Create a free listing and start getting booking requests from people near you.
Create your listing by December 31, 2026 and it's marked as a Founding provider for good, with a small boost in search results while we grow.
Add your business name, category, hourly rate, a short bio, and up to four photos of your work. You can create more than one listing per account.
Choose how far you're willing to travel — customers only see your listing in searches within that radius.
Add your weekly hours and block off specific dates, so customers can only request times you're actually free.
Your listing shows up in local category and keyword searches. Customers can message you directly with questions before booking.
Review each request and accept or decline — you're always in control of your own schedule. Workfinder doesn't process payment in the app yet, so you're paid directly by your customers.
Every listing comes with a free promo studio: designed Instagram posts, Stories, and print-ready flyers with QR codes, plus ready-made captions. See what you get.
Reviews from customers show on your profile, and you can request a verified badge from your dashboard once you've got some history on the platform.
There's no fee to list on Workfinder right now.
No. Creating an account and listing your services on Workfinder is free right now, and there's no commission taken from your bookings.
Workfinder doesn't process payments in the app yet. Once you accept a booking request, you and the customer arrange payment directly however you both prefer — cash, Venmo, Zelle, an invoice, and so on.
Nobody. You drop a pin for your base location and choose how far you'll travel; customers only ever see the shaded travel radius on the map, never the pin itself.
Yes. One account can have as many listings as you like — for example one for handyman work and another for house painting — each with its own rate, photos, and service area.
No. Every request comes to you first and you accept or decline it. You can also set weekly hours and block off dates so customers can only request times you're actually free.
Once you've been on the platform for a bit, you can request verification from your listing's dashboard. Verified listings get a checkmark next to their name and rank a little higher in the default "Recommended" search order.
Only customers who actually booked you through Workfinder can review your listing, and only once the booking is underway — so nobody can review you on a whim, and there's a real job behind every rating. If a review breaks the rules you can report it.
You can block anyone, which hides your listing from them and stops them contacting you, and you can report a problem on any booking so the Workfinder team can review it.
